Custom Pet Portraits, Mugs, & Phone Cases

At Parker & Banks, due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Each piece of custom artwork is crafted with care, making it uniquely yours.

If you're not satisfied with your final product, please contact us. Ensuring customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities, and we are committed to making sure you are happy with your masterpiece.

In cases where you receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or if your product was damaged during transit, we will replace it without hesitation. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If you recently placed an order and have changed your mind, you can cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, cancellation and change requests will be considered at our discretion, as our artists often begin working on your order immediately.

Please note that we create your artwork based on the photo you uploaded. Adhering to our photography tips is crucial for a high-quality result. We cannot offer solutions if low-quality photos are submitted. While you can add notes to your orders for special requests, we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled. For instance, we cannot alter a photo to change facial expressions, but we can remove red-eye or adjust eye color.

All examples on our site are created from high-resolution photos. Low-quality photos will not yield the high-quality artwork you see showcased.

Sales, Promo Code Coupons & General Store Policies

Promo Codes Only one promo code can be used per order. Promo codes are non-transferable, cannot be combined, and may have specific requirements for redemption. Promo codes are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges are calculated based on the cart total after all promo codes are applied.

Please note that we cannot apply discounts retroactively. Be sure to enter the promo code you intend to use at the time of checkout.
