At Parker & Banks, we take pride in crafting personalized pet portraits. Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow some time for us to personalize and prepare your order.

Shipping Times

Within the US: Orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. During holiday periods, shipping times may extend up to 4 weeks.

UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: Orders are estimated to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may extend up to 5 weeks.

Shipping Cost

• Free US shipping on all orders over $80.
• Under $100 orders in the US: $10 flat rate shipping

Important Notes:

• Address Changes: Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
• Photo Submissions: We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos once submitted with an order.
