Parker & Banks specializes in creating custom pet portraits. Our services include portrait illustration, printing, cutting, assembling, and shipping. All final touches are handled in-house.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders placed on our Shopify store are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our site.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

• Order Changes: You can request changes to your order within 30 minutes of placement by contacting support@parkerandbanks.com. After 30 minutes, most changes, including address updates, cannot be made.
• Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placement by emailing help@parkerandbanks.com. Cancellations after 60 minutes are not possible.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, shipping times may vary based on location and other factors. Parker & Banks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you are not satisfied with your portrait, please contact us at support@parkerandbanks.com within 30 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a redraft for a $10 fee if necessary.

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that might harm Parker & Banks, its users, or third parties. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any laws or regulations.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Posting false or misleading information.
